ND Filter

Discharging of germ-free air with fine particles

ND FILTER is a high-performance air filter which was created for the purpose of complete sterilization and removal of impure particles contained in the air in order to supply clean air required for fermentation culture of antibiotics involving glutamic acids.

Feature
Composition and endurance This product is formed through ultra fine fibers of 7 μ through 9μ of alkali-free glass fibers. Thus, this product is excellent in terms of endurance, and can be reassured for a long-time use.
Performance This product has much more superior filtering effects than those of the commercially distributed fiber germ-free filters in a conventional manner.
Loss of pressure This product has superior filtering efficiency, and requires only low filling density. Thus, even when fiber diameters are fine, loss of pressure is reversely reduced, which can lead to energy conservation.
Economic efficiency In addition to energy conservation mentioned above, reduction of packing density can lead to reduction of prices. Moreover, the product has excellent endurance, and can be used for a long term. Thus, its economic efficiency becomes high.
Workability It is very easy to implement operation for filling replacement of filter. Thus, operation time can be shortened. Additionally, lack of experience by operators hardly becomes problematic.
