Rock Wool Glass Mat

Safe and pollution-free insulator material

RGM Rock Wool Glass Mat is the product from which “shots” unique for rock wools are removed and is formed via needle punch processing without using of binders. This product corresponds to the needlefelt based on needle felts based on safety design.


Feature
Rock wools and small amounts of glass fibers are blended. Due to such mixture, characteristics of both fibers are utilized well. Thus, such product can realize many merits. In particular, this is the most suitable for the products for non asbestos products.
Combustibility : Noncombustible matter certified by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (certification number:NM-8112)
Heat resistance : Safety operation temperature: 600℃
Sound absorbing and
heat insulation
performances		 : A shape of needle punch felt (nonbinder) is in particularly superior in terms of heat insulation and sound absorbing performances at high temperature and insulation zone.
Safety : “Shots” unique for rock wools have been removed, and no binder is used for felt manufacturing at all.
Workability : It is easy to conduct processing, such as cutting, punching, and gluing, etc.
