Excellent low biopersistence
This product has been developed with due considerations to safety so that such product will be dissolved even if they are inside the body. SUPERWOOL® is superior in regards to heat resistance which was admitted by EU which sets strict regulations on environmental issues. And such SUPERWOOL® has low biopersistence characteristics. This product is excluded from carcinogenic category in regards to EU Directive 97/69/EC in relation to artificial amorphous materials. Excellent qualityThis wool is high quality CMS (Calcium-Magnesium-Silicate) wool created through superior textile technologies of which Thermal Ceramics can be proud. SUPERWOOL® does not contain organic binders. Thus, neither hazardous gas nor odor will be generated when heated. SUPERWOOL® 607 Highest operating temperature: 1,100℃ and room operating temperature: 1,000℃ SUPERWOOL® 607MAX Highest operating temperature: 1,260℃ and room operating temperature: 1,200℃ The aforementioned products can be used in the same manner as the conventional ceramic fibers. Superior strength and insulation of SUPERWOOL® 607 and SUPERWOOL® 607 MAX have been created through low-shot content and fine fiber structure.
